Shipping Information

Your wild sea scallops will still be frozen in vacuum sealed packages when they arrive, guaranteed. We utilize dry ice to keep the product frozen during shipment. If for some reason the product is partially thawed upon arrival, it is ok to be re-frozen. If the product is completely thawed please contact us immediately so we can correct the problem.

Frozen sea scallops require expert handling to maintain the freshness of the product. We use Federal Express® as our primary shipping company, their quality and experience are second to none.

This means that if no one is there to receive the order from FedEx®, the driver will leave the order at the door. This signifies acceptance of the order (the same as a signature). You will be responsible for payment of the order. We highly recommend that someone is there within the designated timeframe to accept delivery of the order and promptly place it in your freezer or refrigerator. We use a FedEx® tracking number (we will e-mail you the tracking number when the order is shipped) to monitor the delivery of your order. If this is a gift, please be sure to notify the recipient that something perishable is coming via FedEx® and to try and make arrangements to accept delivery and immediately place it in your freezer or refrigerator upon receipt.

Receiving your delivery fresh/frozen is our number one concern! We must therefore follow a schedule which will insure that your order is received in a timely manner and in excellent condition.
